Crystal Lake: Part way near the end, you'll see a house with a ramp next to it, and go up the ramp.
Golden Forest: in the powder, (next to the frozen lake, on the hill,) go up and across the log.
Mountain Village: in the tunnel, always stay to the right.
Dragon Cave: after the first bridge, go left, then left again to jump into a tunnel in the wall.

Flying Shortcut
Go to Dragon Caves and select it, when he says 'go' go forward and there is a steep turn, don't turn! Go over the edge of the turn and level the board so you get no board damage. This should get you half a mile ahead of the loser (opponent)!

Control Kensuke At Beginning
At the beginning where it shows Kensuke on crystal lake, press C-Up then you can control the camera on Kensuke. (This works on all videos of people)

Turbo Boost
At the beginning of a race, press Forward on the joystick to get a turbo boost.

Backflip without Panda Board
First, choose the Dragon Cave. Then, take the normal route with no shortcuts and go right off the cliff in the middle of the fence and then finger the sign. Pull back on your joystick. Right when you are upside down, push the joystick to the right-forward position. If you don't get it the first time try again.

Ice Man
To play as Ice Man, win Match Race mode on the Expert level and top all the EAD scores in Trick Attack and Time Attack modes. Press the left C Button and then the A Button while choosing Akari Hayami.

Gold Ice Man is the game's best racer! To get the 24-karat boarder, select Ice Man, then conquer Match Race on the Expert level. Press the up C Button and then the A Button while choosing Kensuke Kimachi

Trick List Cheat
Enter the training mode and select any rider and board. Perform the first trick on the list and then access the trick list before you land. Scroll down the list, highlight a trick you haven't performed and press A. When you land, the computer will give you credit for completing the trick you selected!

GO PAST THE FINISH LINE
Select match race with any character & on any course. Make your way to the finish line, then press start and go to retire BEFORE you cross the line. Your character will continue snowboarding. This is a really cool glitch... especially on DEADLY FALLS because your snowboard will go right off the cliff.

GHOST PLAYBACK DURING DEMONSTRATION
Complete any course under TIME ATTACK mode, and save the ghost. Then return to the demo screen with Kensuke Kimachi. The demo will continue after he crosses the finish line with the saved ghost.

Easier Landings
Line your board up with the ground (lean back a little) and press Z just before landing.

Halfpipe start bonus
At the start of the halfpipe, immediately turn to the left or right. Proceed until you are near the wall, then make a turn towards the pipe. If you are in the correct position, you will move up a small invisible ramp and it will boost you high into the air. The best part of this glitch is that you land every trick, no matter how bad your landing position is (exception: not letting go on a grab). Can you say '13000 combo bonus'?

Get Every Trick in Training Easily
Here's a cool trick to easily clear all tricks in the Training Mode (so that you can get the Penguin Board). Go into the Training Mode with any character and do a couple of the simple tricks (so that they turn red in the trick list). Then, when you get to a trick you can't do, go to your trick list and pick a real easy trick (like a board grab). Do the easy trick and immediately press C-Right to go back into the trick list while you are still in the air. Now select the trick you can't do (like a 1080, for example) and go back into the game. Land your board and the game will think you actually did that trick.

Press C-up during the intro movie and move the control pad around to have full camera control (just like during the game).

Rappin' Replay
During the View Replay option for the Half Pipe mode you can add record scratches to the backround. To do this, move the control stick in any direction during the Half Pipe Replay.

Extra Pilot

Hint: Easy hits:
Hit the ball anywhere in fair territory, then quickly pause game play. Change the controller options to control the opposing team, then resume the game. Intentionally miss the ball, allowing the batter to reach base before switching back.

Hint: Keep a low ERA:
Press Start to pause game play in season mode if a home run is hit against your pitcher. This must be done before the ball leaves the park. Select the "Bullpen" and "Bullpen To Mound" options to change your current pitcher for another player. After game play is resumed, the new pitcher will be charged with the home run, allowing the original pitcher to keep a lower ERA.

Hint: CPU bunts:
If a CPU batter misses a bunt, he will automatically make a second attempt on the next pitch. Use this to your advantage by pressing B after selecting a pitch to throw a pitch out.

CHEATO SPELL BOOK LOCATIONS (by Brock B.)
1) The first Cheato book is where the puzzle to Freezeeze Peak. Break the stone that is to the left of the puzzle and there is a gold feather. You may see there is a tunnle in the tree trunk. You have to go into there as an alligator. The alligator is from Bubble Gloop Swamp.
2) The second Cheato book is in the lava area of Gruntilda's Lair. Go to the (lava) room where the Gobi's Vally puzzle is and the room to the entrance of Mad Monster Mansion. Go to Mad Monster Mansion and turn into a pumpkin and come out. Go on the swervy bridge over to Brentilda. There is a hole on the wall behind her and that is where you go into.
3) The third Cheato is in the room of Rusty Bucket Bay. You have to have raised the water 2 times (near the entrance to Mad Monster Mansion and under a box with the Rare symbol under it). Go to the room before Rusty Bucket Bay and swim up against the wall. There is a cavern type thing that you can jump into, it has 3 pipes and you have to break the grating on the center one. Run through the tunnle and hit the switch at the end. You are timed so be fast. Swim into the room of Rusty Bucket Bay and swim up the wall that you come in from. There will be another cavern with some stairs. Go up the stairs to get the last Cheato.

Mt. Mayhem Alien Ship
On the Mt. Mayhem track, when at the damaged bridge (w/ the helicopters), go to the broken road to the left and fly off the bridge to the left. You should land on a platform. There will be points that you are lacking and an alien ship in the tunnel.

Get battle stages

Cheat Box Locations:
Metro Madness
1) To get the Cheat Box at Metro Madness, instead of taking a left on the tracks, take a right.
2) Go up the stairs and jump on the roof of the building. Jump off of the roof onto the other roof with holes in it. Stay close to the left of the building and make a sharp turn at the end of it. Stay on it until the end.
3) Drive straight past the electric-right turn sign at the entrance of the city, then make a sharp left. Go through the window and ignore the white and blue signs. Now go the opposite way on the railroad tracks to find the flower box.
Wicked Woods
1) Go through the church with the 5 point box over the door. Make a left at the end of the church and move backwards slightly.
2) Go to the first shortcut at the end of town and jump off the jump at around 105 mph. A box will be floating in the air.
Coventry Cove
1) On the coventry cove course, past one of the bridges, is a jump to the left. Jump into the area that looks like Stonehenge. You should see a box next to one of the big stones. This box should unlock the ? box in player 2 battle mode.
2) Around the beginning of this course (in Championship Mode), go over the small wooden drawbridge. After this, and before the crane, you should see a white stone fence on the left. Proceed towards the fence until you see a hole in it. Once in the hole, you should see a flower crate. This crate unlocks "Handicap-Two Player" on the cheat menu, allowing you to adjust the handicap to Off, Slow, Normal, Fast or Insane.
Sunset Sands
When you first start the race, take a right up the hill and look for a jump. After the jump, collide with the flower box to get the "How Many Beetles You Want In Battle Mode" cheat option.
Mt. Mayhem
1) At the Mt. Mayhem course, after you go over the second bridge, you will see a cave. After that cave you should see a grassy area with signs. Next to where you exit the cave, there is a group of trees. If you go through those trees, you should find a cheat box.
2) When you exit the first cave and you're about to hit the big jump, go left or right of the tunnel entrance. You'll hit a bigger jump. If you pick up enough speed, you'll land on a platform that has a 10 point box.
3) When you're coming into the town, go to the right, through the town. When you reach the end of the line, hit the jump to the left. If you get enough speed and cut to the left enough, you'll land on a snow bank. At this point, turn left and head back up the mountain side. You'll see a flower box buried half way in the snow.
4) When you're about to make that huge jump, go to the right of the drop and there will be an even huger jump on top of it. Make the jump and follow the path that goes to the right and uphill a little bit. After you pass the first bridge, turn around and there will be a cheat box in the snow to the left.
Inferno Isle
1) Race on Inferno Isle. At the end of the race, run through the house (on the left of the tree, just before you go through the finish line) and you will have another code added to your cheats menu.
2) On this track, go to the area that looks like a village. Look for a flat roof house on the right side of the road. Jump at an angle to land on the roof. Once on the roof, go in reverse to get to the hidden crate. This crate should unlock a View Mode cheat on the cheat menu.
3) Race until you get to the burning village, before the finish line you should see a path leading to the left. On that path there is a house...ram it and grab the crate.
4) On the first shortcut on the right, you will head into a cave. At the open part of the cave, there is a bridge, run off the bridge and land on the house. Immediately hit the brakes and stop. If you check out the platform, you should see a flower box. Press L to safely get back to the main road. This box will enable a new cheat that will change the pace at which the ladybugs change color in Beetle Battle.

Get Cheats Menu
To get the Cheats Menu, first start gameplay in one player championship mode on the Coventry Cove track. Find a shortcut that is located near a barn with 2 haystacks. Drive into the haystack nearest the track and you will hit a box hidden inside. You will hear someone say GROOVY. After you finish the race a cheats menu will be available on the options screen.

Get Police Beetle
To get the Police Beetle, finish all the Standard Championships and unlock the bonus mode. After you finish the bonus mode the Police Beetle will be enabled. While controlling the Police Beetle, you can hold C-Left to turn on the siren and make other cars slow down.

To get the Alien Beetle, you will need to finish the Expert Championship.

Extra Courses
When you successfully complete every mission and find all six of the scientists, you will be treated to two extra courses. The first extra mission includes you having to clear a town of all objects in order to allow a Space Shuttle emergency land.

The second position includes you clearing all buildings off the Moon! There is also a third extra mission which can only be accessed by getting a perfect score.

Ghost Rider
If you complete a race with the right vehicle, a ghost rider will appear if you play the same race again.

Instant Explosion
Simply drive up next to something and try to get out of your vehicle by pressing Z. If you're too close, your man will yell and not get out. If you continue holding Z, the obstructing object will blow up like magic! This is particularly useful for buildings that can only be blown up by TNT or other non-standard methods.
Note: This trick does not work on the bonus stages.

Shortcuts
Jade Plateau
After the first bridge, there is a little path between two trees that leads you through the mountain. The path is swamp, though, and makes the vehicle go slower, but it is still faster than going around. Right after the second bridge, there is a group of buildings to your right. If you run these over, then you skip
the whole second half of the race. This is best done with the Ramdozer due to the fact that it will go through the buildings faster than any other vehicle.
Cooter Creek
At the very beginning, there is a small group of dirt piles to the right. If you cut across them instead of following the track, you can cut off about a second per lap. These dirt piles will make the vehicle seem to go slower, but it is faster to cut across. Your vehicle should end up right before the river. This is just like the first one. Right after the river, turn to your right and run over some dirt piles. When you get on track again, you should end up just before the end.
Corvine Bluff
At the end of each lap, instead of going across the river and crossing the finish line, stay on the other side and drive by it. This is the only course where you don't have to drive through the finish line to finish, you only have to drive by it.
Bison Ridge
This short cut is just like the ones for Cooter Creek. After you get completely down the first mountain,
turn to the right and drive through some dirt piles. This will cut off about 3 seconds per lap.
Moraine Chase
This is about the biggest shortcut in the game. After the third wall, turn to you right and go down the little hill. The next hill you come to should have a little sand platform just before it. If you go up this hill, you cut off about 3 seconds per lap, but if you don't go up this wall and turn to the right just after the
little sand platform, you should come to another hill, which will bring you right to the end of the track.
Glander's Ranch
This one is very obvious. About two-thirds of the way through the race, there is a little arrow that points both forward and to the left. To the left is a little sand path that doesn't slow you down at all, and cuts off the next loop.
Skerries Bonus Area
Just after you come off the second bridge, you can turn and magically go through the mountain. When you come out the other side, you'll almost be at the finish line. Do this for all 4 laps to ensure the best possible time.

Turbo Start
You can get a turbo start on timed events by pressing the acceleration button on the last "beep" just as the light turns green. You must time it perfectly for it to work. This is essentially for shaving seconds off your time.

To Get the hanger key, follow these steps:
1) Get the TNT in the tunnel and go to the large boulder.
2) Blow up the boulder, then go straight until you get to the hill on the right.
3) Go to the house at the top of the hill and talk to the person.
4) Go to the dresser and then press A, you should find the key.

Pick a new outfit
Each character has their own way to get their new outfits. Hard mode is not required. The special2 crystal must be grabbed. Carrie's is in the tower of sorcery on a platform next to the exit. Reinhardt's is in the tower of execution on a platform with an invisible path leading to it. After beating the game with the crystal and saving, hold up on the joystick at the character selection screen.

This tip will save you money on an Orca. Build another heli-pad and then scrap it. You'll be able to keep the Orca that came with it and would've saved 450 credits.

used in the the 2-player game Finish the race with both cars and you will have 2 upgrades!

Golden Gate Park-- You will be able to get outside of the fist bridge. If you make the turn at the right time, you will fall over the bridge, and land up in a higher position. This one is VERY hard to get the timing right, but it works!!! Its more of a warp that just falling off of the bridge.

Shortcut
In the Grand Canyon after the first check point stay along the right hand side until you see a dirt ramp that goes up. When you come up the ramp you will see a land bridge, go across it. {if you go to slow you will fall off} This will sometimes give you a big lead over the other cars. There is another shortcut like this to the right in the beginning of this stage.

In Beverly Hills, run into any tree on the side of the road and coconuts will fall out of the tree. Not much of a trick, but still pretty cool.

Brake, Gas, Brake, Gas. You can only use this once for every checkpoint passed. NOTE: This code only works with your vehicle on the fourth level. (Cruise the USA three times to get it to the 4th level.)

Flashing Lights with Siren
The first thing you must do is select the Police Car or the School Bus. If you don't know how to, see one of the cheats below. Next you can pick any board to race on. You must get a "Hot
Time" on that board. After you put your initials in on the "Hot Times" screen, you must go all the way to the bottom of the "Hot Times" list. Now hold left for about 35 seconds (you'll see the rollers moving to the left.) If you chose the police car or school bus, got a hot time and you're at the bottom of the list, then one of the designers head will come rolling across the screen. He'll say, "I love this job."

Exit the "Hot Times" screen and choose another board to race on. Once you've begun the actual race, press Brake, Brake, Accelerate fairly quickly. If you did everything correctly, the lights on your police car will be flashing and your siren will be going off. Or the lights on the school bus will be going off. Now hold down these button combinations: Golden Gate Park - Left C, Bottom C and L (on top of the controller) Indiana - Top C, Right C and L (on top of the controller) San Francisco - Right C, Bottom C and L (on top of the controller) The only course you obviously won't have access to now is Washington, DC. You'll have to "Cruise the USA" if you want to race on that board.

This cheat is actually slyly on the front side of the poster, but we figured we'd put it here anyway just in case you missed it. As with the arcade version of Cruis'n USA, you can select from a
Jeep, Police Car and School Bus. The first thing you must do is go to the car selection screen. Now hold down Top C, Left C and Bottom C all at the same time.
If you hold down those buttons over the '63 Muscle Car leftmost car), then you can choose the Jeep. If you hold down those buttons over the La Bomba (second from the left), then you can
choose the School Bus. And if you hold them down over the Devastator VI (the gray car which is third from the left), then you can choose the Police Car. Holding those buttons down over the rightmost car will do nothing.

Fifth Secret World
Obtain all of the amulets and trophies, then go to the Lighthouse. You should see a board with trophies on it. Go through the board and it will amazingly turn into a space ship. You will then be transported to a space world where 4 new tracks will be available.

T.T.Times
You must go to tracks, and turn time trials on. Then you must beat a certain time (not the DKR time) in the vehicle used in the regular game mode. (Example : Hot Top volcano : Use the plane, not the hovercraft) Beat the time, and you should race T.T.'s ghost. Beat his ghost in every level and you will get him as a playable character. Super Turbo Boosts
When going through a speed ring (in a plane), a speed pyramid (in a hovercraft or plane), or over a zipper (in a car, hovercraft, or grounded plane), let your finger off of the accelerator before you hit it and you will get a green boost, which is better than the normal purple. The same rule applies when using a single, double, or triple turbo balloon; let off the accelerator. Also, when the announcer says "Get Ready", depending on when you press the accelerator button, you will get a red (weak), blue (strong), or no turbo boost.

Shortcuts
Fossil Canyon: This one is obvious. At the fork in the road, take a left. It's a bit shorter and safer.

Dino Domain Boss: This shortcut is on the boss of Dino Domain(the triceratops). About halfway up the mountain, after the place where you go past a large pillar on the right with two balloons, you should see some bushes on the right. Behind them is a tunnel that will almost assure that you'll win.

Frosty Village 1: In the part where you go past several large pillars, go either left or right offroad. You must make use of the three Zippers of both paths.

Frosty Village 2: You must use the hovercraft to take this shortcut without losing speed. Near the end, you'll see a large outcropping with three ledges on it on the right, surrounded by a lake. Underneath it is a tunnel. Go through it.

Snowball Valley 1: Like Fossil Canyon, take the left path at the fork. It's faster.

Snowball Valley 2: The other shortcut is not really a shortcut. Instead, you must grab one of the shield powerups before the snowball area. Use it to sail right through the snowballs and gain some ground over your snowball-dodging opponents.

Crescent Island 1: Right before the tunnel at the beginning, you'll see a path on the left. Follow it to get a magnet balloon and get ahead.

Crescent Island 2: Using the hovercraft, go left around the pirate ship to find a shorter tunnel.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Crescent Island 3: Or, you can go on the ship and go on the right path next to the tunnel. Then hop right to go through the hole.

Crescent Island 4: The last shortcut here is found after the pirate ship. On the final turn before the end, make a powerslide/hop right to go around the pillar on the right. It's a great way to win at the last second(and it contains a Silver Coin).

Whale Bay: Use the whale near the beginning to jump over the pirate's ship and get a magnet powerup and jump ahead of you foes.

Pirate's Lagoon: Near the end, use the Zipper to jump the ramp and get a Turbo powerup.

Windmill Plains: Go through the windmills at the beginning. Both of them contain a Zipper and a Magnet powerup.

Boulder Canyon: In the area after the indoor waterfall, you will see a red balloon on the left and a green one on the right, leading to the rest of the track. But grab the red one and you'll find a hidden tunnel behind it. It contains two coins and is shorter.

Greenwood Village: Near the beginning, you'll go through a village area. You should see a well. Hit the brakes as you approach it and drive over it. You should fall down to a tunnel with a Zipper in it. This is the shortcut.

Haunted Woods: At the fountain in the village area, take a right. It looks longer, but it gets you to the tunnel a bit faster(and it contains a Silver Coin).

Sherbet Island Boss/Boulder Canyon: In both of these races, you should gain some speed if you hop over the logs with the hovercraft at the right angle. Be careful, if you go at the wrong angle, you'll crash into the log and lose speed!

Wizpig Amulet
To piece together the full Wizpig amulet, you must race and beat each of the four bosses twice.

Adventure 2
To play the second adventure, make your way to Space World and beat Wizpig again. You'll now have a new option called ADVENTURE 2. In this mode you have to collect platinum balloons and all the adventure tracks will be reversed.

Space World
To get to Space World, which is the hidden fifth world in the game, you must get all trophies and all amulets. Then go to the sign by the lighthouse and honk at it. The lighthouse will transform into a rocket and take you into space.

TT Amulet
To access the TT room in World 5, containing the second race with Wizpig, you need to get all of the TT keys in each of the four worlds. The keys are in located in Ancient Lake, Dino Domain; Snowball Valley, Snowflake Mountain; Crescent Island, Sherbet Island; and Boulder Canyon, Dragon Forest.

Key Locations
Dino Domain key:
This key is located in the track called "fossile lake". When you start go straight but don't take the turn. Look staright ahead, you can see the key located on a ramp right in from of you!

Snowflake Mountain key:
This key is located in the track called "snowball valley". When you start don't go. Just turn to your left. Then take another right and you should see the Key in an alcove in the side of the mountain.

Sherbert Island key:
This key is located in the track called "crescent island". When you start take the right path and go into the water. Go and look at the side of the mountain. There should be an alcove with the key in it.

Dragon Forest key:
This key is located in the track called "boulder canyon". Get to the part of the track where you see a bell hanging from the cieling. Power up your speed burt to level 3 (get three blue balloons). The turn around and face the bell from the "wrong way" then hit the bell. The drawbride in front of you should raise. Use your level 3 speedburst and speed up the raising drawbride and get the key.

Play as Drumstick
To play as Drumstick find all of the amulets, the WizPig and the TT amulets. Once you've done this, squash a frog in the central area (place with the red spot).

Turbo Start
As in so many N64 racing games, Diddy's got a Turbo Start (like Wave Race, Mario Kart 64). Just after the high-voiced announcer says "Get Ready" and the words start to fade, press the acclereration button (A). You'll get a mighty boost. The boost is more powerful and lasts longer the later you enact it. But be careful not to start it too late or it won't work at all.

Diddy Kong, Pipsy,Bumper, Tiptup, Timber, Conker, Krunch, and Banjo are the 8 main drivers. Drumstick and T.T. are the other two.
To get T.T. you have to beat his times of all the races. To get Drumstick you have to beat Wizpig the first time.
The weapons are the missiles, boosts, shields, droppers, and magnets. The more powerful weapons are the heat seeking missiles, power boosts, star shield, mine, and the power magnet. The most powerhouse weapons are the multi-missiles, super boosts, super shield, bubble, and the mega magnet.
At the Timber's Island place you should know where the four WORLDS are.
The island being Water World (I think that's the name for it) at the island, Dino
Domain being in the archway, Mountain Monster (I call it that) at the snowy area, and the Old Area or Dragon Forest at the water fall.
At Dino Domain, you should know where the levels are. If you don't know, the key is at Ancient Lake. At the beginning you should see some brick things to the right. Search there. Silver Coin Chalenge is not too hard here. First few courses have some open sight coins. The third level, Jungle Falls, has some hard ones though. The first you should leave for the second lap. The second is easy. The third is hard. You have to hit it at an angle, slide, and hope you can get on the bridge. The forth I leave for the second lap. The fifth is kind-of hard. You have to slide on it. The sixth is easy. The seventh is in that mouth. The eighth I would leave for the next lap. On the second lap get the first, fourth, and eighth. The eighth though, is kind-of-not-really hard. You have to go to the outside while entering the rib cage.
At Hot Top Vocano, all you have to do is search. The first being behind the rock thing, the second in the tunnel, third I hope you don't miss (or else you need mental help), the fourth on the hill, fifth by the splitter thing, sixth at the other tunnel, and the seventh and eighth at the ending room.
At Snowflake Mountain, you will come across a few hard places, not too hard. The silver coin thingy isn't too hard either. Only, at Walrus Cove, you may come across a few hard ones. They are possible.
At Frosty Village, you will see three arches. Go to the left one. You will find a silver coin. The second is at the house area. The third and fourth aren't too hard. The fifth is at the right hand side of the mini lake. The sixth is like the fifth only in the water. The seventh is past the starting line by the left hand side edge. The eighth is in the right of the three arches.
Water World( I think it's called Yogurt Island or something like that) is close to the lighthouse. In there you should find some real easy places. A lot of easy silver coin thingies too. The hard one is at Crescent Island, you will find some hard ones.
At the Dragon Forest place you will find some real hard courses. I mean REAL HARD. First at Windmill Plains all the coins are easy.
At Greenwood Village, you need some major help. The first is at the left edge by the well. The second is at the right side on the other side of the well. The third is hard, it is at the left side of the sharp turn area in the tunnel. The fourth is kind-of easy. So is the fifth. (Call 911, you will have a lot of trouble with #6) The sixth is by the boost thing, don't hit the boost, you will see a sharp turn to the left. In the tunnel there is the sixth. After you get it don't turn right, do a power slide to the left. After about 100 tries of that you will find some hard turns, the seventh coin is amoungst them. The eighth is close to where you found the sixth, only don't take a left, go straight. The other place is easy. Along with Haunted Woods. Wizpig does not let you have weapons, but he gives you boosts. The Pig Planet is also easy. You may have some hard turns, but you can beat it in maybe 1,2,3, or 4 days. I have not yet beaten the Wizpig rematch.

Run Through Walls
To run through the wall you need Chimpy Charge and Diddy Kong. Go into Jungle Japes and go to Funky's store. DON'T GO IN THE STORE! Instead, do a backflip (Z + A) onto the roof. Now, go to the right bannana peel. Chimpy-charge it. After a while, you will notice Diddy will dissapear for a second. KEEP CHIMPY-CHARGING THAT SPOT. Eventually, you will be in a completley green place. You can walk back through the walls with no problem.

Blueprint Importance
The blueprints that you defeat the Krushas for and turn in to Snide aren't just for Banana Barrel Bonuses! If you have reached Hideout Helm you will have seen Snide state that he can block the Blast-O-Matic's destruction of the DK Isles for 50 minutes. Well, if you don't get blueprints, you don't get 50 minutes! For every blueprint you don't have when you reach Hideout Helm, Snide will subtract one minute from said 50 minutes. So if you have 39 out of the 40 total blueprints, you will get 49 minutes. This may sound like a lot, but remember, EVERY MINUTE COUNTS! The least you can get is 10 minutes for no blueprints, but it takes at the least a half an hour! So GET THOSE BLUEPRINTS!

Kasplut Color Tip
When you encounter a Kasplut, notice it's hair color. It's hair color will indicate what color blueprint he is holding. If the Kasplut's hair is white, then he isn't holding a blueprint.

Using Tiny, shrink to go into the Fairy-shaped Stone Building in the main hub. Get the camera so you can take pictures of the fairies that are hidden in the game to unlock the Mystery Menu options.

The three pentagram items also let you use the three switches in the last level (closes the gates that spawn the monsters), and the laser now shoots faster and stronger.

last level. Also, it gives you three pentagram items that make your laser three times as powerful as the BFG9000. You will be able to kill the last boss in four seconds. The three pentagram items also let you use the three switches in the last level (closes the gates that spawn the monsters), and the laser now shoots faster and stronger.

This is a walkthrough/faq for the Nintendo64 game
"DORAEMON" by EPOCH games.
OBJECT OF THE GAME:
This game is based around the japanese manga icon "DORAEMON". I suggest doing a web search to learn more about this character as it has a long and interesting history. Specifically read Yanson Ching's review of this game at

You control the 5 main characters from the DORAEMON series: DORAEMON, NOBITA, SIZUKA, SUNEO & GYIAN. You can only control one character at a time but you can switch between them whenever you choose. The object is to recover and reassemble all 3 "spiritual stones" which represent earth, air, and water and defeat the evil dragon (can anyone tell me his name?).
GAMEPLAY:
This game is basically a clone of Super Mario 64 based on
DORAEMON. As you play you will notice many elements taken directly from SM64 and gameplay functions much the same. Press START to interrupt the demo / intro story. You will then be presented with the GAME STATUS screen where you can store up to 4 different games. Each display shows the character the game was last saved under, the number of pieces of each stone recovered (3 pieces to each stone), and the number of items to be recovered (out of 32 total). Just like Super Mario 64 you can delete a game (press the L button), copy a game (press the R button), or bring up the options screen (press the Z trigger). Move the highlight with the analog stick and press the A button to start a game. All actions will ask to be verified "OK" by pressing the A button again
(or cancelled by pressing the B button). On the options screen you can move up or down through the four selections and left or right to toggle them. Option #1 - ??? Option #2 - ??? Option #3 - ??? Option #4 - Brightness EXIT Options.
At any time during the game you can press START to go to the
STATUS screen. At the top of this screen move left or right to
switch between the character you want to control. The next item down will return you to the starting area of the game next to the SAVE TREE (use this to exit a level). The next item down will show you the book of items you have recovered. The next item down will take you to the options screen, and pressing start will return you to the game.
All characters have the same basic actions while playing: Analog joystick - move the character in any direction "B" button - use the character's weapon "A" button - jump "C" buttons - control the view of the game "Z" trigger - crouch "R" button - "A" <-> "B" ???
All character weapons count as part of the 32 items and must be obtained before they can be used.
When playing the game your health is represented by a row of
shells in the upper left hand corner. Lose all your health and lose a life. The # of lives is next to the heart in the lower right hand corner. You can obtain a jingle bell by defeating enemies (use your weapon or jump on them). Collect 100 jingle bells and you can obtain an extra life (sound familiar?).
WALKTHROUGH:
!!! Warning !!! This section gives away all secrets of the game.
START:
You will start the game beside the SAVE TREE. Climb the save tree to obtain ITEM #1 - the anywhere door. Once you have this item you can return to the tree and jump on it's nose branch or stand directly below it to save your progress. This item also gives you access to AREA #1 - The Field.
AREA #1 - The Field
This area is up the path to the right of the tree (all directions
assume you are facing the tree in the starting area). Head across the bridge and open the treasure chest to obtain ITEM #2 - air gun (Doraemon's weapon). At the end of the dirt path is a cave with ITEM #3 - stopwatch. This stopwatch will temporarily freeze all enemies but can't be used anywhere else. There is another cave in the wall underneath the floating islands which contains a treasure chest with ITEM #4 - a pink flower sack ???. Head across the floating islands to the large floating island to face BOSS #1 - Tanuki. He is a large racoon who will attempt to jump on you and smack you with his arms. Simply shoot him in the stomach to defeat him and obtain PIECE #1 of the GREEN STONE. Return to this stage and you will find a elf sitting on one of the islands. Talk to him and he will give you a treasure chest which contains ITEM #5 -
boxing gloves (Suneo's weapon). Continue on to fight Tanuki
again. This time he will give you ITEM #6 - mini-Doraemon (an extra life). You can fight any boss a second time and they will give you an extra life.
Area #2 - Field mice
Go to the path on the far left and talk to the red wyvern. You will ride in her pouch in this stage and can attack enemies by whipping them with her tail while spinning (hit the B button to do this). Go straight to the river with poisonous purple water. Go to the left to obtain ITEM #7 - temporary invin- cibility icon. While the music is playing you can not be harmed. Follow the small islands down the stream and to a high wall. Jump on the rock to make small platforms emerge in the wall. Jump all the way up to the mountain pass and proceed back to the boss mouse's nest where you will find a treasure chest which contains ITEM #8 - water to air converter. Proceed back to the start and head to the path that stops at a dead end. Get close to the wall and the boss mouse will speak to you from behind the wall. Jump or walk into the wall again and it will open. Go in and talk to the boss mouse and he will challenge you to race him to his nest. Even if you lose the race, he will still give you PIECE #2 of the GREEN STONE. Return to this stage and proceed back to the nest. The boss mouse will now be sitting in it. Talk to him 6 times and he will eventually give you a treasure chest which contains ITEM #9 - pistol (Nobita's weapon).
Area #3 - Shallow water
Since you have obtained the water to air converter, you can now enter the water stages. Go down to the beach and swim to the right into the tunnel flanked by pieces of coral. Start this area by swimming to your right and open the treasure chest which contains ITEM #10 - flashlight. Enter the tunnel and follow it to the other end. As soon as you emerge from the tunnel you will see another treasure chest which contains ITEM #11 - time blanket. Keep exploring the bottom surface and you will find another treasure chest which contains ITEM #12 - microphone (Gyian's weapon). Find both water elves and talk to them. One of them will raise the level of the water enabling you to walk up on a beach at the surface and obtain PIECE #1 of the BLUE STONE.
Area #4 - Rock tunnel
Go to the left of the tree to the rock obstruction stuck in the wall and enter. This level starts out with a puzzle of moving walls. Jump on and depress both buttons on the lower level. Now go up to the upper level and depress all buttons except the one with the star on it. Return to the lower level and jump on the circle button again to get it to go up. You can now enter the rest of the level. Fall into the water and find a treasure chest that contains ITEM #13 - ring. Now climb the tree to find another treasure chest on a branch which contains ITEM #14 - grenade (Sizuka's weapon). Go on to the back of the level and either defeat the large bird or simply run around it to find PIECE #3 of the GREEN CRYSTAL.
Area #5 - Buggy race
The time blanket enables you to repair the buggy and race it under water. Simply walk up to the buggy (it counts as ITEM #15) to begin the level. A torpedo will approach and challenge you to a race. Press A to accelerate and B to brake. If you beat him to the goal you will be awarded ITEM #16 - submarine creme. Return to this stage to race the torpedo a second time. The torpedo is faster but you can pick up ITEM #17 - speed boosters which are scattered about on the course. Beat him to the goal and you will be awarded PIECE #2 of the BLUE CRYSTAL. Return to the stage again to face an even faster torpedo. More speed boosters are present and necessary to win. If you finish in 42'50" or less you will obtain ITEM
#18 - phone booth.
Area #6 - Earth castle
Follow the path behind the tree up to the red door. Kill the two
guards to open the door. Note how the king in the box does not have any color, it will be restored once you have gathered all 3 pieces of a stone and defeated that area's boss. Proceed down to the left and talk to the two elfs and they will cause the lava to recede. Shoot the volcano creature about 30 times to open the next door. Kill the two guards to open the next door and procede back to the treasure chests. One of the chests contains ITEM #19 - earth radio? One of them contains a GREEN KEY. Take this back and open the GREEN DOOR. Keep going until you reach a large room to face the minotaur. To defeat him jump on top of his head to inflict damage. When defeated color will be returned to the GREEN KING and the GREEN STONE will be completed.
Area #7 - Deep water
Since you have the submarine cream which enables you to survive at great depths you can now proceed to the deep water straight out from the beach. Go up the sand slope, jump on the deck of the ship and then proceed down into the hull. Defeat the three crabs and a door will open. One of the treasure chests contains ITEM #20 - beanstalk seed. Press the button by jumping on it to extend a catwalk on the opposite side of the level from the ship. Go back on deck, jump in the water, back up the sand slope and across the catwalk. Proceed up the slope to find a treasure chest which contains ITEM #21 - moccasins? Switch to Doraemon or Nobita and shoot down all three stalagtites that are hanging from the cieling. This will plug the holes in the floor and cause the water level to rise. You can now go in the cave behind the waterfall to press the
button which will extend a ramp to the front deck of the ship. Go back in the water and alongside the bottom of the ship. A hole in the side of the hull has now been exposed and you can enter it. One of the chests located here contains ITEM #22 - laser? Now proceed up and across both catwalks to the front deck of the ship. Approach the pillar of flame to face the skeleton pirate. Follow him down onto the main deck to confront him. Shoot him in the stomach and avoid the flames when he flies and teleports. If you wait too long between shots he will fire his hook and smoke blasts at you. Once defeated he will give you PIECE #2 of the BLUE STONE.
Area #8 - Floating islands
Plant the beanstalk seed in the dirt mound located back by the red wyvern. You can now climb the beanstalk to access the sky levels. Proceed to the small floating islands and jump on the nearest one to begin. Jump from platform to platform until you reach the collapsing bridge. Stay on the first section until it stops descending. Turn around and enter the hidden cave to find a treasure chest which contains ITEM #23 - sponge??? Now jump back on the platform, go back up, and repeat with the last section to find a small hidden floating island which also has a treasure chest. This one contains ITEM #24 - yoke. Proceed back up and jump from platform to platform until you reach the first tree. There is a treasure chest on one of it's branches which contains ITEM #25 - bottle. Continue on until you reach the last floating island to battle the harpy. Jump onto one of the platforms and use the C buttons to follow the harpy's flight. Shoot when it attempts to dive or shoot wind gusts at you. If you wait too long the harpy will try and rake you with it's talons. When the harpy crashes and burns you will be rewarded with PIECE #1 of the RED STONE.
Area #9 - Wyvern tree
Go to the top of the beanstalk and talk to the yellow wyvern. Now that you have the yoke you can fly it. Fly to the top of the tree by avoiding the bees, birds, and moths. The wyvern will shoot fire if you press the B button. Shoot down the large birds and avoid their fire. In the nest at the top of the tree you will find PIECE #2 of the RED STONE. Fly to the top the second time and you will find ITEM #26 - propeller.
Area #10 - Rain clouds
Climb the beanstalk again and proceed to the clouds to your right. You can now use the propeller to fly from one to the next by pushing the A button. Talk to the winged elf and he will give you a treasure chest that contains ITEM #27 - spray can. Continue flying from island to island, up through the dark rain cloud, and on to the crescent moon. There you will find PIECE #3 of the RED STONE. Return to the moon again and go to the top where you will find a treasure chest containing ITEM #28 - golf ball??? Now look back on the island you just came from. There should be another treasure chest there that contains ITEM #29 - colored cylinders.
Area #11 - Air Castle
Shoot the two guards to open the gates of the castle. Proceed up the elevator and into the back room. Here you will find a treasure chest with ITEM #30 - camera. Go outside using the door and jump onto the top platform to find the RED KEY. Proceed back into the castle and across the floating platforms and oustide onto the castle wall. Jump off into the clouds on the far side and you will find another winged elf who will present a treasure chest to you containing ITEM #31 - computer. Go back into the castle and out onto the castle wall where you will find the RED DOOR. Enter, jump from platform to platform and into the big room at the top of the
hallway. A centuar with a lance will come rushing in to attack. You can not harm the centuar so you must use his agressiveness to your advantage. Run alongside the walls and he will rush and attempt to hit you with his lance. When he misses and strikes the wall he will damage himself. Keep avoiding him until he becomes red and angered, and then use your weapon against him. When he is defeated color will be restored to the RED KING and the RED STONE will be completed.
Area #12 - Water Castle
You can enter the ice area under water if you have obtained the laser. Talk to the water elf and proceed up to the drawbridge. Shoot both guards and the drawbridge will be lowered. Enter the castle and go in the first door to the library (if you think this wasn't taken straight from Super Mario 64 wait until the books attack you). Jump on top of the book stacks and over the back wall to find the BLUE KEY. Now go into the other door across the shifting floor and moving platforms until you arrive at the BLUE DOOR. Enter and
face an evil Santa Claus (be sure and check out the evil Rudolph on his sack!). Shoot him in the stomach and avoid the snow blasts and evil snowmen. When destroyed he will give you a present that contains ITEM #32 - blue crystal panel that also counts as PIECE #3 of the BLUE STONE. Color will now be restored to the BLUE KING and the BLUE STONE will be completed.
Area #13 - Dragon
Once all three stones are complete, a shaft of red light will flicker next to the save tree. Simply walk into it to battle the final boss, a dragon who looks much like Bowser, in a large columned building. The dragon will attack by breathing and then throwing fire at you. He will then advance and if attacked will block your fire and teleport. He will then shoot ice 3 times and repeat his attack pattern. To damage the boss you must strike the amulet that hangs around his neck or directly below it at the gap in his cloak. You can jump on top of the bosses head when he charges without taking damage. After several hits, the boss will talk to you and change up his attack and begin throwing several more potent spells at you. Keep dodging and attacking and eventually you will defeat him. I
recommend using Suneo and his boxing gloves since they inflict about 20x more damage than the other weapons.

Take a plasma cannon, and charge it up completely. Fire it at your teammate (you must be on Cooperative). Now, if you want to be either a floating dead body or a "dying Duke" (he's vomiting blood and bouncing up and down), turn on the invincibility while the screen is RED.

Size Glitch
There is a way to play big or small in Duke Nukem. This code will work on co-op or deathmatch. To do this code in co-op you need Invincibility and items codes. Turn on friendly fire, then use the weapons code, shoot your buddy with the shrinker, or expander.
Small Duke: Shoot, put on invincibility then turn it off again. The player will not grow back (the drawback: you can't have any weapons).
Big Duke: Get the expander, (with God mode off) and shoot the other Duke until he starts to expand. Just before he explodes put on God mode, stop shooting, then turn off god mode. You now have a giant duke that still can be killed. (Note, you may have to try it a few times to get it right).

Weapon Warp
In Deathmatch, any weapon can be thrown into a teleporter to have it appear on the other end. Bullets, missiles, grenades, plasma, it all goes through. You have to wait for the item to completely pass before you can throw in another, i.e.: rapid firebullets will not go through. This is great for dropping gifts in for your opponents while you stay safe. Just be careful not to stand on a teleporter for too long, because if someone else steps in it, you'll get telefraged.

forward drop the ball and kick it. If you position your player directly in his path and back a few steps, the goalie will kick the ball directly into your head usually resulting in a goal for your team.

Ushi the Cow - Enter the Rodeo Mode and stay alive for one minute (or more), and you will be able to select the Cow as a playable character. Two colors available: brown and classic cow.
The Joker - This one's tough: Beat all 100 characters in the Survival Mode, and the Joker will become a playable character. Good luck.
